Creating Group Agreements
Start by Building the rate inside of Vertical Booking. Ensure that it is set as a group agreement rate under the Category & Type section
Next, create the Group Agreement by navigating to Guests > Group Agreements > Property Group Agreements > Add group agreement:
Insert the information for the group:
Click Save, then Back to group agreements.
Click Agreement to expand, then Choose New Contract:
Insert the date range that this group agreement is valid:
Save, and then Back to group agreements.
Next, Choose Agreement:
Insert the Group Information:
Then assign the rate to the group:
If you would like the group to be able to book public rate, or assign services, select them in the next tabs:
Set the allotment settings. (Create, and then Map allotment)
Finally, choose the payment/guarantee policies and click save:
