Configure settings for the booking pages including calendar display and various layout options  

First page: 

Calendar

Calendar data source: Select the option from the drop-down menu 

Flexible Dates - Data is filled via cache and will display the lowest rate and the lowest level of restrictions.  

Attention! Allow 24-48 hours for the cache to populate. For the quickest updates, use “Smart Calendar” 

Smart Calendar - Data is pulled from a single rate plan. The Smart Calendar option shows the lowest price of the rate plan, without considering restrictions. Even if the rate plan connected is closed, the price will still display. If selected, the section will expand to include: 

Reference rate by country/group  

This option is visible when rates by country are enabled for a property. Select the reference rate to be displayed for specific country groups. 

Create country groups by selecting the settings icon: 

Next, select  

The following screen will be returned: 

Name: The name of the group of countries 

Currency: Choose the currency matching the rate plan to be used for the country group 

Premium IBE reference rate: Select the rate plan to be displayed as the reference rate for the country group from a drop-down menu 

Countries:  

All countries not included in other groups: select all countries that are not previously associated with other country groups 

Select: Choose countries to include in the group from the section below 

Special Offers/packages 

Show starting from price [Calendar] - If selected, the price will be shown on the calendar of the Packages and offers page for each promotion’s specific booking page. 

Layout setup 

First page 

Skip continue button in first page: If selected, the button to continue will be skipped and the consumer will be directed to the second page directly after selecting the date and length of stay 

Results Page

Rate visualization: Choose how to show pricing (for multi-night reservations) from a drop-down menu in the room/rate selection portion of the booking process 

Total Price: Show the total price for all nights of the selected stay   

Average Daily Rate: Show the average price for all nights of the selected stay  

Best Daily Rate: Show the lowest price of all nights of the selected stay 

OTA comparison: Select the position to display to OTA comparison tool from a drop-down menu.  

Top: a banner will be displayed across the top of the booking engine  

Left: a box will be displayed on the left side of the booking screen 

Multiroom reservations: Select an option for collecting multi-room reservations from a drop-down menu.  

Loop: This selection will loop the consumer through the process for each room, first selecting a room/rate combo, then services before looping back to select the second room/rate and then services. 

Drop down menu (choose more rooms in the same page): This selection allows multiple rooms and rates to be selected on the same page:

Show continue button also on top of page: If selected, the button to continue to the next step of the booking process is shown at the top of the Services page, as well as at the bottom. This can be helpful for properties with many services displayed:

Consensus output: Choose to show the consent to marketing as a yes/no option or a checkbox
