Logo image: If an image is loaded, select Show to view. If no image is loaded, the default logo in the property images will be used. To add a new image, the system requires an upload of a jpeg image with dimensions of exactly 260x150. Attempts to load any other format or size will result in an error and the image will not be saved. Select Save at the bottom of the page to apply the change
Header image: If an image is loaded, select Show to view. To add a new image, the system requires an upload of a jpeg image with dimensions of exactly 800x350. Attempts to load any other format or size will result in an error and the image will not be saved. Select Save at the bottom of the page to apply the change.
Titles color: Select a color or insert HTML color code into the field. Color will be used in headers for guest communication emails

Email: Select email type from the drop-down menu to open forms for customization
Language: Select the language to update from the drop-down menu. Languages enabled in the property setup area will be available in this section.

Customized fields: Select system-specific fields to insert HTML in the subject box. Variables inserted in this way will pull the details from the reservation in the system. Options for the fields are determined by the type of email selected in customizable texts. For example, the following options are available for a Reservation email Subject line:
Subject: Type in free flow text to be used as the subject of the email. System generated fields can be added by selecting the option from the drop-down menu above and then clicking the Insert button.

Variables inserted in this way will pull the details from the reservation in the system. Options for the fields are determined by the type of email selected in customizable texts. For example, the following options are available for Reservation email Welcome text:
