Set up a list of events for the following purposes:
events can be viewed on the extranet when assigning rate grids
events can be viewed by end customers when searching in the Booking Engine via the "Dates" section Flexible - See prices on other dates”
Begin by selecting:
This screen opens:
Texts: Enter the event in the various enabled languages.
Name: Name of the event.
Short Description: Short description that explains the event.
Start: Start date of the event.
End: End date of the event, always included.
Importance: from the drop-down menu, the structure can define the significance of the event.
Associated events: to create an event that is linked to another one, simply click the arrow down by "add" and select the related event.
After all the event data has been loaded, click on Insert.
Once the event has been saved, use the highlighted command, to view the prices in effect during the event:
