Periods of Closure

Attention: This function can be utilized to quickly close the entire property for a period (season, restructuring, extraordinary events, etc.). If the hotel is fully booked or needs to set a stop-sale, we suggest using the functions found in the following menus (ex. Booking Rules, Quick Changes, etc.) 


The Period of Closure can be loaded by clicking:


A new screen will open:
Start: Start date of the period of closure.
End: End date of the period of closure, the date mentioned is included in the period of closure.
Message: Select the radio button next to desired language flag to insert customized text to display on the BE during a period of closure
Show default message: if active, this message appears in the Booking Engine and in the CRO: “The hotel is closed from … to …” even if the previous message was compiled.
