Texts 

Page language: Select the flag of the country that the language to edit is associated with 

Show property info: Selecting this option will allow property information entered to be shown during the booking process if the client views hotel details.

CRO texts

CRO description: This description is shown in the Vertical Booking CRO – a call center application built into the system and utilized for call centers and reservations departments 

Texts by subject

Interesting places: This text is displayed in the Location tab on the booking page 

 

How to get here: Text is shown in the map page under the property address and above the map on the booking page 

 

Information: The first section in the Characteristics tab on the booking page 

 

Services: The second section in the Characteristics tab on the booking page 

 

Rooms: Text is displayed in the Rooms tab on the booking page

Images 

Images can be loaded into Vertical Booking to be displayed on the booking pages and in the Vertical Booking CRO – a call center application built into the system and utilized for call centers and reservations departments 


Vertical Booking partners with an image distribution platform to update images through various channels and the GDS (Global Distribution System) – contact the client support team for more information about this if your property requires image distribution.

Main image: utilized solely for the Vertical Booking CRO 

Image first page reservation: utilized solely for the Vertical Booking CRO 

Logo image: utilized solely for the Vertical Booking CRO 

General: Shown on the booking page as the main image and the property thumbnail on the chain/group booking engine, if subscribed.  

  • Choose file – image must be jpeg and exactly 240x150 or the image will fail to load. This is used as the thumbnail on the chain/group booking engine for this property 

  • Upload photogallery – load the image into a directory and then assign it to the gallery. Multiple images can be loaded in photo galleries and assigned throughout the system. 

Geolocalization 

Populates the map for the location on the booking page and is a requirement for GDS connected properties, as well as any utilizing any metasearch partners. To determine geo-localization, begin by searching for the location and clicking on the Google map to expand it: 

 

Next, right-click on the pin on the expanded map: 

 

The latitude and longitude will be displayed in the informational area that opens: 

 

Insert the details shown (without the comma or spaces) into Vertical Booking:  

 

Images by subject 

Utilized solely for the Vertical Booking CRO and correspond to the sections detailed in the headings.
