Customize the requirements for the collection of personal data requested on the booking pages
The data required can be selected by each booking channel:
Website: Requirements for a consumer booking on a screen the size of a computer
Mobile: Requirements for a consumer booking on a screen the size of a mobile device
Tablet: Requirements for a consumer booking on a screen the size of a tablet
CRO: (Central Reservation Office) Requirements for agents' bookings on the CRO
Roominglist (Backoffice): Requirements for agents booking in the back office rooming list
The data can be customized within each booking channel by the type of customer that is booking:
Standard: Individual consumers booking on the hotel website or via a CRO agent
Travel agents and Companies: Individual consumers booking on the hotel website or via a CRO agent while using a customer code provided by the hotel
Group Agreements: Individual consumers booking on the hotel website or via a CRO agent and using a group code provided by the hotel

Mandatory: Requires that the requested field be completed during the booking process and the is marked as mandatory with an asterisk (*) on the booking page. The client will be forced to complete the field to finalize the booking process.
Select the options to include/require on the booking page of each channel specified in the channel tabs, and for the Contact person/guest sections:
Additional fields can be inserted into the booking form by utilizing the ‘Other parameters’ section:
Ask to remember customer: Save the booking data on the client's computer or device. Expedite the booking process for future reservations by allowing the browser to save personal data.
Privacy agreement: Request permission from clients to collect their personal data
Requested - Creates a checkbox for the consumer to opt-in
Confirmed as default – The page will have the checkbox automatically selected
Texts – Select the language flag to insert text to display to the consumer
Text: Default text is entered, but can be manually adjusted
Title: The default is “Informative Note” - Adjust the default by inserting a title
Consent clause: The default is “Consent to use of personal data” - Adjust by inserting text
Ask if customer is a European citizen: if selected, a selection will be shown in the booking process
Request for consent to the use of personal data for marketing purposes: Request permission from clients to collect their personal data for marketing purposes
